Please ensure all garments are returned in their original packaging to guarantee a smooth and timely processing of your request.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the return slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
